SixSideMedia is committed to delivering high-quality digital services tailored to each client’s needs. Due to the customized nature of our work—including software development, web design, and digital solutions—all sales are considered final, and refunds or returns are generally not applicable once a project has commenced.

Non-Refundable Services Include:

• Custom software development
• Website design and development
• Digital consulting or strategy sessions
• Maintenance, support, and hosting plans

Project Deposits and Payments

All projects require an upfront deposit before work begins. This deposit is non-refundable once planning, design, or development has started. In the event of cancellation by the client, any completed work up to that point will be billed accordingly.

Exceptional Cases

• Refunds may be considered in rare situations where:
• No substantial work has begun
• The request is made within 3 business days of initial payment
• Both parties mutually agree in writing
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@sixsidemedia.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
